João Eliezer Cunha Guimarães – Founding partner of Borse Investments since 2001, responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions. He has in depth knowledge of corporate finance resulting from 20 years of professional experience with companies such as AT&T and IBM, where he worked in executive positions in strategic planning and finance. Led several projects in retail, technology, automotive, telecommunications, consumer goods, amongst others. Has completed a number of turnaround projects and also restructuring of industrial and service companies. He has international experience gained in the USA, Mexico and the Netherlands. He is graduated in Business Administration from FEA-PUC/SP and holds an MBA from FIA-USP.

Marcio Miranda – More than 25 years of experience with Multinational Companies and Banks. Partner of Borse and responsible for the Corporate Finance Area. Marcio was a pioneer in the issuance of Eurobonds in the international financial market. Worked together with OPIC, IIC, World Bank and Eximbanks. Responsible for the Project Finance department at Nortel Networks, privatization of Telebrás, implementation of the mobile telephone system in the domestic and Latin American market in partnership with Canada Eximbank – EDC and BNDES. Holds undergraduate degree in economics from Mackenzie University with specialization courses at New York University – USA, Project Finance at Euromoney Institute – NY and Finance at Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Vagner Quartero Martim - 25 years of professional experience and a partner of Borse since 2008. Career centered on external auditing with 11 years at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he also held executive positions in auditing and consulting. CFO with Delloitte Consulting for South America and subsequently in management consulting in the cosmetics, services and civil construction sectors delivering services in due diligence and developing quality programs for large and medium sized corporations. Graduated in Accountancy with a post graduate in Business Management and an MBA from FIPECA/USP.

Luiz Crispim – 11 years of international finance experience, focused on private equity and mergers and acquisitions in 19 countries throughout North America, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Partner of Borse since 2008, he specialized in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning at EcoSecurities, Rianta Capital, Lehman Brothers, Orient Global and Natura Cosméticos. He was the founding member of the board at Milestone Capital, headquartered in Istanbul, and was responsible for expansion of O´Neil Software in 16 countries, as well as its Latin American statup in Brazil in 2001. He was the co-founder of the Agronova Fund in Oslo, targeting the agricultural and biofuel sectors, and is also a current partner and on the board of directors at Construtora Santa Fé, which has European capital investment. He earned his full-time MBA from the London Business School and graduated in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, after completing 3 years of university studies at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo.

Daniel Ritchie - Partner responsible for project finance at Borse Investments, with over 20 years experience of structured finance at UCB Bank and Hilland Ritchie Consultants. Responsible for raising over R$ 1 billion for over 40 infrastructure projects. He possesses a wide ranging business network both in Brazil and internationally, he also has in depth experience in advising Brazilian companies on internationalization. Graduated in Economics and International MBA from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
